Biography
Tiffany is tough on domestic violence and works zealously for victims and children of domestic and sexual abuse. She enjoys working on complex custody cases, including third-party custody, grandparent visitation and stepparent adoption. Tiffany has over a decade of experience working on all family law matters: custody, child support, spousal support, property distribution, and absolute divorce. Whether your case involves intense litigation or a softer approach outside of the courtroom, Tiffany has the experience to help you achieve your goals and objectives.
Tiffany is a child’s advocate and believes in the rights of children rather than parental rights and is very sensitive to the needs of those who have suffered from abuse as she is also a survivor of domestic abuse. She has degrees in psychology and a graduate education in clinical psychology and appreciates the complexities of human dynamics. Tiffany’s faith is also important to her. She will walk alongside you as you go through a difficult and painful journey, hopefully on a path to healing.
